The temperature has been hovering right around freezing. Saturday was best with sun and high twenties, perfect for a quick tempo 6-7 miler. Sunday was 33, muddy, and raining. Perfect for a combo ellipitical/treadmill indoor workout. Today is more of the same, I think swimming and running in the pool is in store after teaching the mysteries of predatory pricing.
What is missing so far are the real long runs. My first real race of the year is the Lakefront 10 miler in mid-April. Suddenly that doesn't seem that far away.
We just got your rain here. Wish you would have kept it there. Maybe weather systems are like the allocation of resources in the economy. "Equilibrium" is anything but.
