Celebrated the summer solstice with a
sunrise (5:25 am) run to the middle of the Brooklyn Bridge with the
SBRC gang. Beautiful morning
light. Adductor is not fully healed, but it didn't hurt either. Did a total of about 5 miles, then went home and took a long nap. . .
