Spencer surely wins the medal each winter if this is a competition -- hard to do better than the Windy City for opportunity for single-digit runs -- but Indianapolis does its best to keep up. 6 degrees this morning as I crunched north on the Monon Trail to 30th, where I turned west toward downtown and south through the near-in neighborhoods heading back to the condo. Maybe 7 miles and thankful for warm clothes!
Ran 8 miles in the 18 degree cold on Saturday, and have been nursing a cold ever since. I'm rethinking the Manhattan Half next Sunday . . .
ReplyDeleteLast 2 days have been in the high 30s and low 40s and sunny. Nothing to complain about on this end.
