Trusting that such a paltry bounty will not tempt anybody to do something he/she should not, I'm offering a libation of choice to any co-blogger who can post about a run with an average temperature of below zero!
I've done it, but not since my days of running with PMS. At the time, he was reading Shackleton. . . I went out in the low teens a couple of times last year. It was great!! The trick is to find a breathing system that doesn't fog your glasses. :-)
Not going to be me. It's -11 temperature and -35 wind chill. It's bad enough I have to walk the dog and that's only because I can't figure out how to explain she can poop on the hard wood floor for the next 24 hours.
I have plenty of war stories from when I lived in Boston and was running about 80mpw. Nothing stopped me. But somehow I am not that motivated anymore! Or healthy...
